Took mixed nuts to the gym to have as a snack, but only ate about 1/2 because my daughter got into them too, I had a handful of her grapes too, probably 350 calories.
I did a half hour walk, 200 Calories, and a half hour on the elliptical, 300 Calories, and then an hour swimming with my daughter, not sure how many calories that was, at least 100. That's a total of 600 Calories burned.
