Okay Wednesdays are always Big Calories...we go to Montana's after the volleyball game and it's late night eating at it's best/worst. We shared appetizers, I ordered spinach dip with deep fried triangle chips. Everyone shared their food, I had one wing about 10 nacho chips, 6 celery sticks plus what I ordered. I had a water, which I always do, I'm not a drinker, which is a huge calorie saver for me! I still know that I probably had 1000 Calories here, which is crazy because that is more than a typical day for me lately! I was soooooo full after, I didn't feel great about eating that much (usually I don't give it a second thought), I just wanted to do an hour of cardio! The one plus side to it all was that our volleyball game was intense, I worked up a good sweat, and even had a 15 minute walk before hand. I probably burned off about 400 Calories.
