Well today was pretty crazy for food, I didn't exercise but I ate a lot! I'm impressed that I was still able to minimize my eating from what it normally would be. But I had a lot of treats today, a cookie, a chocolate, cake and ice cream and popcorn! (This is the first time all week that I ate after diner.) It sounds like a lot of food but all the sweets were small, considering I have about 8 dozen fresh baked cookies in the house, stopping at one is pretty good, the cake has been here since Friday waiting for me, and I only ate half of what was left for me. Even my meals were big though, breakfast, then by 11 I was hungry for lunch, and by 3 needed a second lunch, and then I had 1 1/2 helpings of quiche, was still hungry and made a little salad, just couldnt' seem to get enough today! One day won't break me, so tomorrow it's back to Low Calories and big workouts!
