6 months ago I completed the Master Cleanse, and it's got me thinking about what I eat and how and much I eat! I'm good at getting exercise because I love it, and I'm sure people who see me at the gym everyday must wonder why I don't weigh 100 lbs, where as people who see what I eat must wonder why I don't weigh 200 lbs! And people who know what I eat and how active I am would know exactly why I am 150 lbs! Or at least I was, after doing the Master cleanse I became a steady 144, and through the use of this challenge I hope to chronicle my weight loss journey!
